$500K Freeroll - Terms and Conditions

1. GoldenPoker.net will stage a $500K Freeroll Tournament on Sunday, September 17, 2006 at 3pm EST.

2. $500,000 in guaranteed prizes will be distributed at the tournament according to the special payout structure.

3. The minimum number of participants in the $500K Freeroll Tournament will be 1,000.

4. GoldenPoker.net will stage eight daily $500K Qualifiers. Entry to these tournaments is absolutely free for registered GoldenPoker.net players. In order to enter these tournaments, players must complete the registration process.

5. The top 20 players at each of the daily $500K Qualifiers will win a seat to a weekly $500K Qualifier, which will be staged on Sundays.

6. The weekly $500K Qualifier will award 10 seats to the $500K Freeroll Tournament, which will be staged on September 17, 2006 at 3pm EST.

7. Players can qualify for only one seat at the $500K Freeroll Tournament.

8. Seats won at daily and weekly $500,000 Freeroll qualifying tournaments have no cash value and can only be used as entries to the $500K Freeroll Tournament. Seats are non-refundable or transferable.

9. GoldenPoker.net management reserves the right to change the date of the $500K Freeroll Tournament and its satellites. In the case of an interrupted tournament, GoldenPoker.net management will determine whether to reschedule the event or make partial payments at its discretion.

10. Participating players must be at least 18 years of age.

11. By entering the $500K Freeroll Tournament and/or its satellites, players agree that their real names, aliases and images can be used for promotional purposes.

12. Awarding of any and all prizes is at the sole discretion of GoldenPoker.net management and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.

13. Decisions as to players' eligibility to enter the $500K Freeroll Tournament and/or its satellites and to remain in and compete in same are at the sole discretion of GoldenPoker.net management and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.

14. GoldenPoker.net management reserves the right to deny entry to the $500K Freeroll Tournament and/or its satellites and/or remove a player or disqualify a player from same and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.

15. GoldenPoker.net management reserves the right to change and/or cancel the rules and structure of the $500K Freeroll Tournament and/or its satellites at its sole discretion. Any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.

16. GoldenPoker.net cannot advise on the tax position of winners, as some jurisdictions treat poker wins as tax free, while in other jurisdictions such proceeds are taxable. If the winnings are taxable in your jurisdiction, you are solely responsible to keep track of and report your winnings to the appropriate authorities. Likewise, GoldenPoker.net cannot advise on whether the playing of poker over the Internet is lawful in your jurisdiction. You must establish that your participation on GoldenPoker.net is lawful in your own jurisdiction.
